Rotterdam Engineering stedelijk

In 2008 the Egyptian government started the New Cairo water main pipe project to supply New Cairo with water from the Nile river. The project consists of 50 km of water mains, 10 km steel pipeline and 40 km fiberglass reinforced epoxy pipelines. Due to the rapid development of the complex urban environment new unforeseen constraints on the design have arisen. We provided the Lokma Group (supplier of pipe systems) with consultancy services focusing on the adaptation of the system design.
